Healthy, delicious and packed full of flavor, this stir-fry is a must-try recipe!


1/2 pound Sunnyside Farms Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast,
1/2 cup sliced white onions
1/4 -1/2 cup garlic marinade sauce
1 cup EACH diced firm tofu AND sliced mushrooms
2 cups green beans, fresh or frozen
Toasted sesame seeds, if desired


In large non-stick skillet, cook chicken and onions on medium-high 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add sauce, tofu, mushrooms and green beans; stir gently to coat. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 5-7 minutes. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, if desired. Serves 4.
