Description:
When bread get's boring, skip the sandwich and make a pita! Perfect for a picnic or a healthy school lunch!
Ingredients
2 cups chopped Romaine lettuce
1 cup EACH diced ham AND frozen peas, thawed
1/4 cup EACH sliced red onion AND cucumber
1/4 cup Sunny Select Ranch Dressing
1/2 cup Sunny Select Croutons, if desired
6 whole wheat pita breads, halved
Preparation
Combine all salad ingredients into large bowl; toss. Stuff each pita half with salad. Serves 6.
