What if I forget my user name and/or password?

Go to the Rewards account login page and request to re-set your password or retrieve your user name.

Do Points and Rewards expire?

Points expire on the last day of the month ninety days after accrual. For example, if you earn points on April 7, they will expire at the end of the third month, which would be July 30. Also, Rewards expire the last day of the month thirty days after being added to an account.

What are the Rewards?

Convert your points to the Rewards you want. Point values vary by Reward. Rewards change periodically so check back often to see the latest offers. Rewards include Dollars Off and Free Products.

Will I have a card for the program?

Physical cards are available, but not necessary. At checkout, you can use your card or phone number.

How do I get a physical card?

You can request a physical card during the enrollment process.

Be sure to verify your mailing address.

It will take 2-3 weeks for the card to arrive in the mail; you can use your phone number at checkout until you have your card.

What purchases are excluded from the program?

The following exclusions apply to the program and you can’t earn points against these purchases: gift cards, phone/pre-paid cards, postage stamps, event and lift tickets, alcohol, money orders and fund transfers, prescriptions and other pharmacy items, pseudoephedrine or other ephedrine products, health tests and other pharmacy services, taxes, dairy, coupons, discounts and other promotions, charitable giving, tobacco, transportation tickets and passes, and Lottery tickets.

How do I download your mobile app?

Go to Google Play for Android phones or the App Store for iPhones and search for “Lucky Supermarkets.”

What are push notifications?

Push notifications allow your favorite apps to send you messages about special offers, events, etc.

You can select which apps you want to receive notifications from and you can customize how the notifications appear on your phone.

On iPhones, you can set your alert style to Banners or Alerts. On Android devices, your app’s icon and a message will appear in the status bar.

Why should I turn on push notifications?

Allowing notifications from your apps will allow you to receive messages even when you are not actively using your app so you don’t miss out on special offers!

How do I turn push notifications on/off from my mobile phone?

To receive push notifications, you'll first need to turn them on from your phone’s settings.


  1. Open your phone's Settings
  2. Go To Notifications > Select App
  3. Slide Allow Notifications to green
  4. Slide Show in Notification Center to green
  5. Slide Sounds to green if you want to hear the alert
  6. Slide Badge App Icon* to green if you want a red badge to appear on app icon indicating you have a message.
    *NOTE: This feature only works with apps that have Message Centers within the app.
  7. Slide Show on Lock Screen to green
  8. Set your Alert Style to Banners or Alerts


  1. Open your phone's Settings
  2. Go To Sounds and notifications > App notifications > Select App
  3. Make sure Block notifications is set to OFF
  4. Make sure Set as priority is set to ON

I turned on my notifications but haven't received any, why?

  • Make sure you are logged in to your account.
  • Push notifications require an active Wi-Fi or cellular connection, therefore, your device must have a connection to a broadband or a WiFi network.
  • Many corporate or school WiFi networks impose restrictions or proxy servers that can interfere with your device's connection to the Internet.
  • If you’re not getting notifications for a specific app, try these steps:


  1. Open your phone's Settings
  2. Go To General > Software Update, device will check for latest update, if update available download and install. Make sure you’re signed in to your Apple ID
  3. If you’ve recently installed an app or restored a backup, open the app to start getting notifications.

  3. Make sure your device is synced with your Google account
    1. Go to the Settings section of your phone.
    2. Go to Accounts and sync.
    3. Make sure there are no errors when syncing your account with your phone.
  4. If you’ve recently installed an app or restored a backup, open the app to start getting notifications.
