Account Access & App Support
Option 1 – Website
- Go to luckysupermarkets.com.
- Click the Sign In / Sign Up button at the top right corner (or open the menu and select Sign In / Sign Up on mobile).
- Choose Sign Up below the “Sign In” button, fill out the form, and follow the prompts to complete your registration.
Option 2 – Mobile App
Download the official Lucky mobile app:
After installation, follow these steps:
- Open the app.
- Enable or disable notifications when prompted.
- Tap Sign Up on the Welcome screen and complete the registration form.
- Alternatively, tap the More button in the bottom navigation bar, then select Sign Up to access the registration form.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to create your account.
Option 3 – In Store
Ask one of our associates for help signing up.
Physical cards are not issued. Use the phone number associated with your Lucky Rewards account every time you shop to earn and redeem points.

From the Website:
- Go to luckysupermarkets.com.
- Click Sign In / Sign Up at the top right corner or inside the menu.
- Select Forgot Password.
- Enter your email and click Get Code.
- Check your email for a 6-digit code.
- Return to the website, enter the code and your new password.
- Click Change Password to reset your password.
From the Mobile App:
- Tap Sign In on the Welcome screen.
- Tap Forgot Password.
- Enter your email and tap Get Code.
- Check your email for a 6-digit code.
- Return to the mobile app, enter the code and your new password.
- Tap Change Password to reset your password.

- Make sure you have the latest version of the Lucky mobile app.
- You should stay logged in if you use the app at least once every two weeks.

- Create and Organize Shopping Lists — add items as you go and see which ones have coupons to help you save more.
Push notifications are short messages that appear on your phone to alert you about new coupons, sales, or promotions.
Turn them on to get time-sensitive updates on savings, exclusive discounts, and special offers.
Go to your mobile device Settings › Notifications › Lucky App and toggle Allow Notifications on or off. Refer to your phone’s user guide for detailed instructions.
Make sure your app is up to date. Visit your app store and install any available updates.
